Course Overview:
Our GNM course is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic field of nursing and healthcare. Our three-year program is divided into distinct modules, each focusing on a critical aspect of nursing and healthcare. The curriculum has been carefully designed to ensure our students are well-prepared to provide top-tier healthcare services. In the first year, you'll explore biological and behavioral sciences, fundamentals of nursing, and community health nursing. The second year delves into medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, pediatric nursing, and maternal health nursing. The final year focuses on community health nursing, mental health nursing, and the management of nursing services and education.
Eligibility Criteria:
Successful completion of 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
Proficiency in English and local language.
Year 1: Biological Sciences Behavioral Sciences Fundamentals of Nursing Community Health Nursing
Year 2: Medical-Surgical Nursing Pharmacology Pediatric Nursing Maternal Health Nursing
Year 3: Community Health Nursing II Mental Health Nursing Management of Nursing Services and Education In addition to the theoretical coursework, each year includes practical training and field visits to provide hands-on experience.
